Tournament Information

Join us for our “$125 No Limit Hold’em, Turbo Re-buy satellite” in the SkyCity Auckland Poker Room, exclusive to SkyCity Premier Rewards members.
For every $2,200 in the prize pool, we will award one entry for our “King’s Birthday Freezeout” tournament, which takes place on 2 June.

This tournament will run on the following dates:

6.30pm Tuesday 14 May 2024
6.30pm Tuesday 21 May 2024
6.30pm Tuesday 28 May 2024
2.30pm Saturday 1 June 2024

The tournament format will be Turbo No Limit Texas Hold’em with Big Blind ante. Turbo: Players have 15 seconds to make their decisions before their hand is folded. Late registration, re-buys and re-entries are available until the end of level 6. One add-on is available during the first break.

On entry, players receive 10,000 tournament chips.
At the table, if their chip stack does not exceed 10,000 chips, players may re-buy for $125 and receive an additional 10,000 tournament chips.
During the first break, players can add-on once for $125 (regardless of the amount of chips in their stack) and receive an additional 20,000 in tournament chips.

All entries, re-entries, re-buys and add-ons follow the same prize pool and registration fee structure of $125 (110+15).

*The amount of tickets awarded is determined by the actual number of participants and prize pool contributions received. Any excess cash in the prize pool will be awarded as a single additional prize.

This tournament will be 10-handed.

There will be a 10-minute break every 6 levels.
